Commencing pupillage in 2019, Ieuan is currently accepting instructions in all areas of Chambers work as a Second Six Pupil.
Ieuan completed his First Six under James Tucker and Chris Smyth, during which time he gained extensive experience of both prosecuting and defending in the Magistrates’ and Crown Courts. He has shadowed in the Court of Appeal, and was a noting junior for the successful prosecution of grime artist Solo 45. He has also spent time shadowing other members, gaining experience of both family and civil law.
Before commencing pupillage, Ieuan was a Kalisher Trust trainee where he was trained in the skills of oral advocacy and cross-examination. He also worked for the Cardiff University Innocence Project, helping prepare appeals to the Criminal Cases Review Commission.
