Jack has dealt with a wide range of Employment matters, handling cases through from Advice to Final Hearings.
He has experience representing both the Respondent and Claimant in multiple-day tribunal hearings. This has included cases involving unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, age and sex discrimination.
Notably Jack represented the Respondent in a Strike Out hearing in relation to a complaint of sex discrimination and notice pay. Counsel also acted at a hearing with regards to employment status where he was successful in establishing that the director of a company could not be considered an employee nor a worker.
Jack also has experience of attending Remedies Hearings whereby he has been successful at significantly reducing the amount of money having to be paid by the Respondent following default judgment, evidencing his persuasive, pointed Advocacy.
