Counsel has been regularly instructed in Care hearings, from First Appointments and EPO’s through to multi-day Final Hearings. His manner with clients, giving calm, considered, compassionate advice has gained him compliments as he assists vulnerable and emotional clients throughout proceedings. These communication skills also ensure Jack stands out as an Advocate who is able to liaise well with those instructing, but also other parties in the case.
Beyond Care matters, Counsel also has experience in Private Law proceedings and in contested Child Arrangement Orders. Jack has represented Clients in non-molestation hearings, both Ex-Parte and Return Dates, realising the huge importance these matters have on the well-being of those involved.
