We are looking for a dedicated person who will be responsible for the efficient running of various aspects of our business.  This is an integral role which carries considerable individual responsibility and autonomy and allows great visibility within the organisation.

Your responsibilities will be wide ranging and include logistical support and overview in the areas of regulatory compliance, procurement, property management, IT and limited marketing.

Those most likely to enjoy this role will be personable, adept at spinning multiple plates, work well under pressure and able to think on their feet. The team is small and welcoming and we’re proud of our low turnover of staff and camaraderie.

To be successful in securing this role, you will need to show you are capable of administrative efficiency coupled with business acumen and foresight.

The essential strengths we think you’ll need are:

Interpersonal skills
Compliance management
Good written and verbal communication
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new IT systems

It is not expected that the successful candidate will be experienced in all areas of this role, but you must be able to demonstrate your ability to undertake the role, whilst also having the drive to ensure that tasks for which you are responsible are achieved in an efficient and timely manner.

Part Time Position – 20 Hours per week, across 5 working days.
Remote working can be discussed, however this role will be mainly office based.

Salary: £23,000-£25,000 pro-rata
depending on experience

Holiday entitlement: 25 days, plus Bank Holidays, pro-rata
