Personal Injury
The Queen Square Chambers Personal Injury team has an enviable breadth of knowledge and experience. This enables us to assist clients with claims ranging from brain & spinal injuries through to ligament damage and fractures. We know just how seriously people’s lives can be affected by these cases, so we don’t just offer an in-depth knowledge of the law, we are also approachable, accessible and forward-thinking.
The team are able to assist with all stages of the claim including advice, inquest proceedings, settlement meetings and trial. We don’t cherry pick cases. Assessing each on their merits, we don’t shy away from the risks involved in pursuing cases through to trial. Members of the team are always happy to discuss cases informally with solicitors. They are also always prepared to consider taking cases forward under a Conditional Fee Agreement.
Our team are able to strike the right balance between the sensitivity required in this area and professionalism. We pride ourselves on being able to see cases from both the client’s and solicitor’s perspective. We are flexible in the approach we take to cases, particularly in light of the further proposed reforms.
