Employment
Our team of employment barristers are renowned for their excellent work. They bring great subject knowledge and a pragmatic approach to all cases irrespective of the nature of the employment claim. We operate all across the UK, advising and representing both claimants and respondents in the full spectrum of employment claims ranging from equal pay to holiday pay and everything in between.

In addition to cases in the Employment Tribunal and Appeal Tribunal the team regularly assist with employment related matters in the High and County Courts including restrictive covenant claims and those that overlap both such as stress at work claims. Members of the team also assist with associated discipline of Professional Disciplinary, representing clients in internal hearings and appeals as well as undertaken investigations into grievances for companies and organisations.
The employment barristers work across a broad section of industries and professions with clients including private individuals, small to medium sized enterprises, public limited companies, unions, NHS trusts and schools/academies. The team also has a long history of working successfully with Legal Expenses Insurers and have achieved panel status with two of the industries leading companies. We believe this to be a considerable endorsement of the team’s abilities and levels of service standards.
