Subrogated Recovery
Our Subrogated Recovery team provide representation and advice to clients in all manner of property damage claims. Whether as a result of fire, smoke, water damage or faulty appliances our team have the experience to act on either side of the argument. We are equally accustomed to ensuring the Insurer receives the benefit of the Insured’s rights and remedies against a third party that has caused the damage or to providing robust defence for the third party in question.
Combining years of knowledge at the Bar with the experience of having worked within large solicitor’s firms, the team is able to offer tailored solutions for solicitors and insurers looking to recover their outlays through a subrogated claim. A pragmatic, commercial and friendly approach underpins our expertise.
Insurance recovery files often throw up myriad scenarios but our team has probably come across most of them. We have advised and acted on behalf of some of the largest insurers and solicitors in the country and are able to offer a nationwide service specific to the client’s needs. We are open to discussing funding solutions to enable claims to be handled as efficiently as possible and are happy to consider handling cases on a Discounted Conditional Fee basis.
The team have experience of providing advice and particulars of claim in high volume for bulk provider clients on both a fixed fee basis and also on a risk sharing Discounted Conditional Fee Agreement basis.
