Furlough Advice

At an early stage we are happy to provide detailed written Advice on Prospects and the best path forward.

We also appreciate how valuable it can be to receive this Advice face to face, with an opportunity to raise queries there and then. We are happy to facilitate Zoom conferences or host socially distanced conferences in our large conference rooms where appropriate.

Our Counsel are fully adept at working digitally and are happy to receive papers through email, safe-drop and egress. We are also happy to attend Court in person when necessary and safe to do so but are experienced in CVP, Zoom and Telephone hearings.

Having fully researched the issues, our Counsel have written several articles which may be of assistance in staying up to date on changes.
