Former member of Chambers appointed Circuit Judge

We would like to congratulate former member of Queen Square Chambers, Richard Williams on his appointment as Circuit Judge, based at Cardiff Crown Court.

Richard Evan Huw Williams will be known as His Honour Judge Richard E Williams.  He was called to the Bar (L) in 1992. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) in 2000, as a District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) in 2004 and as a Recorder in 2012.
