Mark Cotter Q.C. is to be appointed as a Recorder
The Judicial Office has announced that Mark Cotter Q.C. has been successful in his application to be appointed as a Recorder. The Royal Warrants will be issued later this month. Mark will be deployed to the Wales Circuit and will sit in the jurisdiction of crime.
