Mark Williams Successful in EAT

Mark Williams successfully represented the Respondent at the Employment Appeal Tribunal in a case which had previously been reported in the national press.

The EAT confirmed that it wasn’t perverse for an ET to have found that, in all the circumstances of the case, it was not reasonable for the claimant to have perceived the respondent’s conduct as s26 harassment.
