Imminent Arrival of New Criminal Department Member, Ellen McAnaw
Queen Square Chambers is delighted to announce that Ellen McAnaw will be joining the Criminal Department, as of the 17th of October 2018 and will be available to accept work from this date.
Ellen began her career in Criminal Law in 2012, becoming a trainee solicitor with Wansbroughs Solicitors and obtained higher rights of audience in February 2017 whilst working for Reeds Solicitors.
Since then, Ellen has handled a number of serious Crown Court trials ranging from Serious Assaults, Drug related matters, Public order offence and matters under the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
Senior Clerk, Colleen Inker is elated to have Ellen joining the team. She said, ‘It is clear from Ellen’s career path that she is dedicated to her role within the Criminal Justice System. She fully understands the importance of client care and will offer the level of service that the Criminal team at Queen Square pride themselves on.’
