Tribunal Success for Andrea Chute

Andrea Chute is delighted to share that oral judgment has just been handed down in her six-day Employment Tribunal case, where she represented the Respondent. The case involved claims regarding sexual harassment, pregnancy discrimination, and unlawful deductions under a zero-hours contract, among others. The Respondent succeeded on all issues.
