Rogue builder found guilty

James Tucker and Charlotte Evans successfully prosecute Mark Killick, also known as Marc Cole, for defrauding 37 victims of over £1.25m. The trial was heard at Bristol Crown Court over 14 weeks, with the prosecution calling more than 50 witnesses to give evidence in support of their case. The convictions bring to an end a 5 year investigation producing thousands of pages of evidence, which required input from the prosecution team from an early stage.
