Tribunal Success for Andrea Chute

Andrea Chute is proud to have represented one of the largest NHS Ambulance Trusts in a complex, multi-day Employment Tribunal.

The Claimant, an Emergency Care Assistant, brought wide-ranging claims against the Trust, including whistleblowing, discrimination arising from disability (s15), failure to make reasonable adjustments, harassment, victimisation, and failure to properly investigate his grievances.

After an 8-day hearing, the Tribunal found the Claimant had made a protected disclosure but dismissed all claims in full. The outcome recognises the Trust’s fair treatment, and commitment to staff welfare even under the immense pressures of the pandemic.
